Heat:
Microwave wrap for 1-minute intervals. After each minute, take wrap out of microwave and shake contents to evenly distribute warmth. Place on shoulders (or anywhere else you have discomfort!) and relax.
Note- if you do not have access to a microwave, some people have reported success heating their wraps in a crock pot or in a pot in the oven. Watch wraps very carefully so they do not catch on fire!
Freeze:
Place wrap in freezer. Apply wrap to tight, sore muscles.
